Return Policy

Occasionally, unforeseen issues may arise. In such cases, we will be pleased to handle returns at our own expense and provide a prompt replacement or refund when applicable.

For returns that are not due to any fault from our side (i.e. change of mind, wrong order, or no product defect), a return fee of AED 30 will apply to cover the logistics and handling costs associated with the return process.


1️⃣ Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return or refund, the following conditions must be strictly met:

  • The return request must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be returned sealed, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The product must be in perfect resalable condition, with no signs of damage or tampering.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.
  • Any product issues or damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • For hygiene, safety, and health reasons, any opened, used, or unsealed supplement product cannot be returned or refunded.

2️⃣ Return Process

We have made the return process as simple as possible:

  • Contact our Customer Support team at info@vitaminaty.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product if applicable.
  • Our support team will guide you through the return process and arrange product pickup from your address.
  • Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will proceed with your refund or replacement accordingly.

3️⃣ Refund Terms

  • Refunds for online payments will be issued back to the original payment method.
  • Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for cash refunds, but can be refunded as store credit for future purchases.
  • Delivery fees, COD fees, and handling charges are non-refundable. However, any paid VAT amounts will be refunded where applicable.
  • Store credit refunds will reflect in your account within 24 hours of processing the return.
  • Credit card refunds may take up to 14 business days, depending on your bank’s policies.
  • PayPal refunds are subject to PayPal's refund processing policies and fees.

4️⃣ Return Exclusions

Due to the nature of our products and for strict hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

  • Opened, unsealed, or used supplements
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Products not stored properly after receipt
  • Clearance or promotional items marked as final sale

5️⃣ Additional Information

  • All returned items must include original packaging, labels, seals, and any accessories.
  • Products returned incomplete, opened, or damaged due to customer mishandling will be rejected.
  • All return shipments must be arranged through Al Wazn Al Tabei's authorized courier partners.
  • Self-shipped or unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
